Historic Walking Tours on Main: Commercial District
In partnership with the Alabama Department of Tourism's April Walking Tours initiative, Historic Main Street Oxford is proud to organize an array of captivating walking tours every Saturday throughout April! Historic Walking Tours on Main are open to the public & completely free of charge.
On these tours, we will explore diverse themes such as the bustling commercial district, the rich tapestry of historic homes and architectural styles, the solemn beauty of local churches, and the tranquil grounds of the Oxford Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Join us as we delve into the heart of Oxford's heritage and discover its hidden treasures on foot. Please meet us at Simmons Park. The tour begins at 9am.
