    Q.  When will the Civil Service Board give the next test for Police Officer?
    A.    The Civil Service Board currently has a Roster for Police Officer. Chief Bill Partridge will interview from that list. When the Civil Service Board administers another examination for Police Officer, it will be posted on the web site under News and Current Openings, and in the local newspaper.

    Q.  Is the Civil Service Board located in the new City Hall?
    A.  The Civil Service Board office is located at the Oxford Police Department.

    Q.  Can I fill out an application even though there are no current openings?
    A.      Yes. You can fill out an application for any position. If that position, or a related position becomes available, the Civil Service clerk will contact you and let you know that an examination will be given. Your application remains on file for one year.
