The City Clerk’s Office is located in City Hall at 145 Hamric Drive East and is open from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P. M. Monday through Friday.

The City Clerk is responsible for city elections, record keeping functions related to city council meetings, and maintenance of municipal resolutions and ordinances passed by the Oxford City Council. This office will be happy to provide copies of council minutes, resolutions, and ordinances passed by the City Council.
